Offline mode should reward skill xp as even though there is no risk, there is still a decent amount of time spent in each raid. Things like throwing grenades and shooting to gain strength/recoil control xp should not be added or severely nerfed in offline as they could be abused. Hard is above "online", bots on hard do hit better and tend to headshot from time to time. Impossible is (was, some time ago, not sure now) basically "hard" with homing granades everywhere.
