Swim Teams. The YMCA of Rock River Valley offer two competitive swim teams focused on the development of all ages and abilities. Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers' skill level, endurance and to promote a healthy lifestyle. Our programs embrace the YMCA core values and promote progression at an individual level.Camp Days are offered during the school year on days when the Rockford and Harlem Districts do not have school.
